Subscription payments are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card numbers or payment credentials.

To process your pet photos through our AI models and deliver generated videos
To send transactional emails (e.g., content delivery, account notifications)

3. AI Processing

Pet photos you upload are processed by our AI models to generate animated talking or singing videos. Specifically:

Photos are transmitted to our servers via encrypted connections (TLS 1.2+)
AI processing occurs in secure cloud infrastructure
Uploaded photos are automatically deleted within 24 hours of processing
We do not use your photos to train our AI models
Generated videos are stored temporarily for delivery, then deleted after 7 days

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

Service providers: cloud hosting, analytics, and customer support tools that process data on our behalf under strict contractual obligations
