Open the app, tap the upload button, select a photo of your pet, choose "Talk" mode, type the text you want your pet to say, and tap "Generate". Your video will be ready in seconds.
Clear, front-facing photos of your pet work best. Make sure the face is well-lit and not obstructed. Photos of dogs, cats, rabbits, and most common pets are supported.
Photos are processed securely and automatically deleted within 24 hours. We do not use your photos for AI training or any other purpose beyond generating your requested video.
Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store:
iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → AGIPaw → Cancel
Android: Google Play → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → AGIPaw → Cancel
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google depending on your platform. Please contact their support for refund requests. We're happy to help with any billing questions.
Currently supported languages include English, Chinese (Mandarin), Japanese, Korean, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, and more. We're continuously adding new languages.
You can request account deletion by emailing privacy@agipaw.ai or through the app's Settings → Account → Delete Account. All associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
