You retain ownership of the photos you upload ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (i.e., generating the requested videos).
Videos generated by the Service ("Generated Content") are provided for your personal, non-commercial use unless you have a premium subscription. You may share Generated Content on social media and other platforms, provided you comply with their terms of service.

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, logos, trademarks, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by or licensed to the Company and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written consent.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
AI-generated content may contain imperfections or artifacts. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of any generated content.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Seychelles, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Seychelles International Arbitration Act.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
